I am here to tell you the best foods to eat right before a workout. Always stay clear of fried foods before a workout. But foods such as a slice of cheese pizza or a grilled chicken are great to eat before a workout. During a workout you need to make sure you drink plenty of fluids. Unless you are working out in high heat or humidity water will work better than a sports drink. Carb loading is a good idea if you are doing a long distance exercise. But if you are doing it for less then 90 minutes you should not carb load. After a workout there are many foods you could eat. Some very good ones are a egg omelet with avocado spread and toast or tuna with crackers. Those are the foods you should eat during before and after a workout.
