The Lie They BeLIEve: These people believe “The Key To Success Is Working Hard”, But It’s A LIE! Unfortunately most of these people go through life thinking that they have not been dealt a good hand or that they are victims of their circumstance. But the truth is, that they have just never learned to deliver value on a higher Level! Every Time They Try To Improve Their Station In Life They Bump Their Heads On A Glass Ceiling! You make more money at this level because you keep the implementers from killing each other, stealing from the company (either profits or unearned income from slacking off), and you keep them from messing up the company’s reputation. The Resource You Use On This Level Is Your Management Skills. Managing people is hard. Because people are hard! Level #3 Communication. The Resource You Use On This Level Is Your Mouth.
