Is Huel Worth It?

Weird to some. A solution to others. A detailed review of Huel.

Even harder to ignore was the abundance of great reviews this astronaut food was getting, both from new and long-term customers.

It was marketed as an all-natural, all-in-one meal solution, for anyone struggling to keep a healthy diet in this busy world we live in. It was also advertised as a great way to lose weight in a slow and safe way.

But when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

It’s a solution for 2 areas: weight control and healthy dieting.

In terms of healthy eating, it’s a great solution to the problem that is junk food and unhealthy ready-meals. We live in a fast, busy world. So many of us no longer take the time to cook a nice meal, sit down and savour the food.

Some of us don’t even have the time to sit down and eat. Not everyone gets a lunch break, whether they work in an office or for themselves.

Whatever the reason, the solution is quick food. Huel simply wants to fill that gap in the market with something cheap and tasty, while being nutritionally dense and beneficial.

I think Huel and other meal replacements have done a great job with this. I work in an office and I usually make it in the canteen area. All you need is water or milk to mix with the powder.

The other problem Huel tries to solve is weight gain and weight loss.

Huel clearly lays out how many calories are in each scoop. This makes it easy to know how many calories you’re consuming. 1 scoop = 200 calories.
