Too much knowledge for the entire humanity? How we are going to handle and its Impacts.

Some Random Thoughts on the future of humanity

Have you ever thought about the books that are written but never read? Well not an exciting thought, right? It could be a dull and boring book and the writer must be so crazy that people simply give up the idea of reading such a book. You wish that book was never written in the first place. Another example is an outdated book. For example, a user manual of how to fix a mechanical computer that is not built anymore. Well, those are some practical scenarios when a book is never read however there is another scenario that is probably more hypothetical than real. In this scenario, all the readers were too busy to read other books and none of them got a chance to read this one.

One of the challenges that humanity is going to face is the creation of a piece of knowledge that was never transferred to a human being. There is always going to be a race between produced and consumed entities shifting in favor of one at the time. Books are written and books read are also one of them. Some of them are read multiple times some not at all. We here are going to be a little futuristic and analyze something that might happen. People in some geographies didn’t know about it because it never reached them.

Technology has changed that scenario. Now we have too many discoveries and inventions and we have the fastest communications medium available for knowledge transfer. This situation is going to lead to another interesting scenario in the future. When we’ll have too much knowledge created and too few brains to handle it. Consider a scenario when the world’s digital library contains so many books that the entire population of the world is not able to read all of them even if they all read a…
